Our Mission

Sanctuary Productions was created with the mindset of helping Independent Artists find a one-stop-shop to help build their portfolios without have the obligations of a label and their commitments. We like to clearly define ourselves as a "label for hire" because we are here to help and create but do not want to take any unnecessary credit away from the artist themselves. 

 

We are a group of musicians and artists that have been working in and around the industry and understand the trials and tribulations of all the things that go into a successful project/brand. Our backgrounds are very involved in not only music but fine art photography, graphic design, press kit building and portfolio / brand management. We want to help our community of musicians and artists find new ways of getting seen and having a place where getting the variety of work needed to create a brand can be done all in one place. Sanctuary is all about providing the support system of a label with the experience to back it up and allow you flexibility while providing online services for most of our categories of work.

Working with everyday musicians  we know that the behind the scenes is not always beautiful and we want to enhance the creativity by featuring our collaborators/artists in their realistic settings to show the true nature of the music industry. We have created a variety of series like our Sanctuary Sessions, Sanctuary Spotlights, artist apparel collaborations, and Gear Rundowns to emphasize each unique project.

Here at Sanctuary, we have a vision to change the concept of music labels and how artists get paid for their work. We seek to create meaningful and professional quality content for the artists we collaborate with through a wide variety and diverse background of music/art. Our goals are to extend this platform far past the San Francisco Bay area to make it accessible to so many artists that may not have the opportunity to work with or around major studios. We want to be able to help music producers, mixing engineers, mastering professionals, photographers and graphic designers gain access to a wider network of clientele all over the United States and beyond. Here at Sanctuary, we view music as a home beyond labels and want to welcome you home!
